How do I pay for a product purchase?

We offer you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking and Cash on Delivery to make your purchase.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on our Portal, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash on Delivery purchase?

Yes, Cash on Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 50,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Debit Card/Credit Card.

What are delivery Charges?

Delivery charges are applicable to all products. Product price and delivery charge will be shown separately on the product page. Below is the delivery charge for different price slabs (based on Product Selling Price):

All Value-Added Services will be on chargeable basis (E.g. Next Day Delivery (NDD), Same Day Delivery (SDD), Gift Wrapping)

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?

The day we will attempt to deliver your order, we will notify you via an SMS. Additionally, we will call you if we are unable to locate your address.

I was not at home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now?

The field executive will make no less than 3 attempts to deliver your order at your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/ courier person, when he gets in touch with you

If we fail to deliver your order after 3 attempts, the product(s) will return to us and your order will automatically get cancelled. Refund, if applicable will then be initiated within 4-5 business days

What is ezmall.com Return/Exchange policy?

ezmall.com offers a 7 DAYS free Return & Replacement from the date of delivery of the product.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

To confirm cancellation of your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.
